Website Use
Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to the public Prestige Pointe Partners website, including articles, assessments, service descriptions, resource pages, and inquiry forms.
Website Purpose
Prestigeptrs.com provides general information about P3 services, articles, assessments, templates, and ways to contact the company. The website is not a substitute for a signed consulting, recruiting, staffing, EOR, training, coaching, implementation, licensing, or other services agreement.
You may use the website only for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use a form to transmit unlawful or harmful material.
No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Result
Website content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, medical, mental-health, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Policies, employment practices, workforce arrangements, and compliance requirements depend on current facts and jurisdiction. Use qualified advisors for those decisions.
Examples, planning ranges, assessments, recommendations, articles, and descriptions do not guarantee a particular business, hiring, employment, legal, financial, learning, or operational result.
Inquiries and Service Relationships
Sending an email, completing an assessment, requesting a resource, or submitting a form does not create a client, candidate, worker, employee, staffing, EOR, legal, fiduciary, confidential, or exclusive relationship.
We may accept or decline an inquiry. Services begin only after the required parties approve and sign the applicable agreement. EOR and staffing arrangements also require our acceptance of the client, worker, role, location, funding, and employment conditions.
Resources, Templates, and License Terms
Store pages describe business resources that may be available from us. Price, edition, file format, delivery method, authorized users, customization, support, refund terms, and license rights are confirmed before purchase or delivery.
Unless a written license says otherwise, our resources are for the purchasing organization’s internal business use. They may not be resold, republished, posted publicly, redistributed as a competing product, or used to claim authorship of our content. The organization remains responsible for reviewing and adapting a resource to its facts and legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
The website, P3 name and marks, original text, graphics, page design, assessments, frameworks, and downloadable materials are owned by Prestige Pointe Partners or used with permission and are protected by applicable law.
You may view and make reasonable internal references to public website content. No other right is granted unless we provide written permission or a separate license.
Third-Party Content and Links
The website may cite or link to third-party research, services, platforms, government resources, or websites. A link does not mean we control, guarantee, or endorse all third-party content. Third-party terms and privacy notices apply to those services.
Availability and Changes
We may correct, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality without notice. We work to keep information useful, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, available, or free of errors.
Responsibility for Website Use
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for decisions made from general website content and for protecting your own systems, accounts, and data. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website.
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so a limitation may not apply in every circumstance. A signed services or license agreement controls if it conflicts with these public website terms for the covered work.
Governing Law and Contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim concerning the public website, contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
We may update these terms when the website, resources, or business practices change. The effective date below identifies the current posted version.
Information handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
